Majid Al Futtaim is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Internal Auditor to support the internal audit function at the corporate level. This role will help ensure strong internal controls, accurate risk assessments, and adherence to audit methodologies across the business.

What Does a Senior Internal Auditor Do?
The Senior Auditor is responsible for executing audits in line with approved plans, evaluating risk and control environments, and contributing to advisory assignments. The role ensures that internal processes align with company policy, regulatory standards, and strategic goals.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Execute audit engagements according to internal audit methodology and timelines
- Prepare audit documentation and reports in accordance with internal standards
- Maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders across departments
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding management action plans
- Assess the adequacy of key controls during audit projects and report effectiveness
- Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends, anomalies, or control gaps
- Participate in departmental initiatives and contribute to advisory projects
- Ensure compliance with audit policies, corporate governance standards, and ethical frameworks
- Pursue continuous professional development and apply new knowledge in practice
What Skills Are Needed for a Senior Auditor Role in Dubai?
Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Partially certified in CIA, CPA, ACCA, or a related audit qualification
Experience:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in internal audit or risk-related functions
Skills:
- Strong planning, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in risk assessment and control evaluation
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under pressure
