Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement data-driven opportunities for website optimization, including improving site search, navigation, and customer journey to boost conversion rates.
- Leverage Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to refine product offerings and enhance the onsite user experience.
- Support merchandising activities, including creating collection pages and visual merchandising (VM) aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage and execute online campaigns for paid marketing, email, SMS, and other channels.
- Perform data-driven product merchandising across the homepage, categories, sub-categories, and landing pages.
- Create and manage collection pages and promotional categories according to the brand calendar.
- Coordinate promotional activities and conduct daily site audits to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including new product launches, product substitutions, and end-of-life processes.
- Update homepage, category, campaign, and brand landing pages to maintain freshness and engagement.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce manager to execute marketing and promotional plans, including email campaigns and homepage content.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis, identifying opportunities and risks to optimize merchandising strategies.
- Maintain 100% accuracy of product content, including titles, descriptions, pricing, and availability.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in Marketing or equivalent education.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an e-commerce or merchandising role, preferably within a multi-channel retailer or pure-play environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to focus on trading performance and product selection.
- High customer focus with a deep understanding of customer needs and online shopping behaviors.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or similar.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics (GA).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.
- Knowledge of digital marketing KPIs and how digital marketing impacts e-commerce transactional websites.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
