Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Parts Salesperson to manage parts sales through both retail and workshop counters at FAMCO Rashidiya. This role is crucial for driving sales performance and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do:
Manage and achieve parts sales targets in accordance with strategic plans, while developing sales volumes in your designated area.
Receive and respond to customer inquiries, assisting them in selecting the required parts or accessories in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Ensure that quotations, sales orders, and the application of customer discounts or special prices are processed according to standard operating procedures.
Follow up on parts back-orders to provide customers with timely updates on the status of their orders, ensuring that all parts are delivered on the promised date.
Oversee warehouse management and operations to maintain inventory accuracy and efficiency.
Address customer complaints promptly, ensuring they receive value for their purchases and fostering long-term relationships.
Required Skills for Success:
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with the Parts module of the Dealership Management System, as well as other relevant software to support operations.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and collaborate with team members.
Relationship Building: Ability to cultivate and maintain friendly, professional relationships with customers, enhancing their overall experience.
Cross-Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness and sensitivity to diverse cultures, enabling effective communication with a wide range of customers.

What Equips You for the Role:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in automotive or equipment spare parts, particularly with heavy commercial vehicles, industrial products, and construction equipment.
