ROLE SUMMARY
The Sales Manager will lead and execute our strategic sales initiatives in Cairo's competitive real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a robust network with leading brokerage agencies, Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), and a deep understanding of the real estate landscape. This role requires a proactive individual with strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in generating substantial sales at Majid Al Futtaim Properties.
ROLE PROFILE
Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement plans to achieve sales targets.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends to adapt sales strategies.
Brokerage Relationships: Leverage relationships with top brokerage agencies.
UHNWI Engagement: Build and maintain a strong network with UHNWIs.
Sales Generation: Generate direct and indirect sales in a competitive environment and Reporting: Track sales activities and generate reports using SalesForce.
Deal Closure: Close high-value deals and ensure client satisfaction.
Market Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Cairo's real estate market and property values.
Sales Process Oversight and compliance : Manage the end-to-end sales process, including pre-launch and negotiations,Also, Ensure sales documentation is accurate and compliant with company standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Commercial sales with a leading developer.
Track Record: Proven ability to sell a variety of real estate properties
Network: Extensive relationships with brokerage agencies and agents in Cairo.
Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
Market Understanding: In-depth knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market, with secondary sales experience as a plus.
