ROLE SUMMARY
This role is responsible for providing overall administrative support in the day-to-day operations at the Sales Centre, maintaining and upkeeping the property inventory records, supporting the sales team and issuing all reports thereof.
ROLE PROFILE
Receive approved inventory with updated prices, areas and payment plans.
Block units (Strategic, VIP, International sales, Employee) and manage unit release upon request within Service Level Agreement based on obtaining appropriate approvals.
Ensure that release list is updated daily and communicated to internal sales advisors and brokers (as applicable).
Ensure inventory handed over to sales is uploaded on CEP and all Blockings' are updated.
Perform a cross verification of prices (excel VS loaded on CEP or any other platform used) and flag any anomalies to Senior Manager.
Print all sales related documentations i.e. reservation contract, customer information form, documents checklist and floor plans.
Maintain and track changes to inventory and maintain a record of all special offers and terms and conditions within and ensure compliance within.
Monitor reserved units and follow up their conversion to sales. Independent follow up will be required for each of the reserved units with escalation to the next level to ensure their conversion to sales within Service Level Agreement timelines.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any relevant field.
Minimum 4 years of working experience at a Real Estate Developer.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability analyse huge volumes of data and information.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Very good level of the English language.
