Client Engagement Manager – Chinese Proficiency Required

Join IFZA Dubai as a Client Engagement Manager and play a pivotal role in driving sales while building transparent and trustworthy relationships with clients. This role focuses on selling IFZA licenses and products, generating new leads, and collaborating closely with sales support, operations, finance, and corporate trainers. Your strategic approach to client engagement and business development will be instrumental in meeting sales targets and expanding IFZA’s reach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and monitor sales initiatives, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Respond proactively to client queries, concerns, and expectations, especially in challenging situations.
- Spearhead business development strategies to identify new sales opportunities and forge professional partnerships.
- Actively participate in CRM activities, sales meetings, and training sessions to enhance sales performance.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to keep stakeholders informed.
- Source and generate new leads to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain transparent communication with clients regarding products, services, and application statuses.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:
- 4 to 10 years of experience in Sales and Client Relationship Management.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in sales and client engagement, with a strategic approach to business development.
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs to measure and improve sales performance.
- Full proficiency in English and Chinese is required.
- Additional spoken languages such as Portuguese, French, Spanish, Italian, or German are advantageous.
