Client Relations Officer

Join IFZA Dubai, the most dynamic and international Free Zone Community in the UAE. As a Client Relations Officer, you will oversee the entire administrative process for issuing and amending trade licenses while ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with professional partners, monitoring CRM systems, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clients and professional partners with accurate license-related information in line with organizational time-frames and guidelines.
- Issue quotes and relevant documentation to clients and partners for trade licenses.
- Monitor and update the CRM system regularly to ensure smooth processing of applications.
- Analyze and verify the accuracy of all documentation, including passports, application forms, and resolutions.
- Respond promptly to clients’ and partners’ emails and queries, addressing a variety of scenarios related to licensing.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining IFZA’s reputation and integrity.
- Foster long-lasting business relationships with clients and professional partners.
- Handle complaints effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and renewals departments.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:
- Full English proficiency is required; additional spoken languages are a plus.
- Intermediate computer literacy (e.g., MS Office) is required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
- Industry knowledge related to licensing, amendments, cancellations, and immigration processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience in Customer Service and Client Relationship Management is advantageous.
