Senior Team Leader Sales Hospitality

Al Ghurair is looking for a Senior Team Leader Sales to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the Hospitality sector. This role requires a proactive sales leader with expertise in promoting hotel rooms and services to both corporate and leisure clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, market analysis, and client relationship management.

What You Will Do

- Promote and sell hotel rooms and services to leisure and corporate clients based on the sales and marketing plan.
- Develop and implement the annual Sales and Marketing Plan, including rate structures and budget forecasts for all hotel properties.
- Collaborate with the revenue management team to ensure pricing strategies align with demand and market trends.
- Initiate promotions and advertising campaigns to maximize market awareness and sales performance.
- Build and maintain a strong client base across leisure and corporate segments to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, providing insights on market trends and performance.
- Conduct sales blitzes targeting corporate offices and government ministries across the UAE.
- Stay updated on key events, holidays, and tourism trends to develop sales strategies that capitalize on demand periods.

Who You Are

- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or Hotel Management is preferred.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in hotel sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Strong understanding of revenue management, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Opera, and IDS systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
