What Does a Junior Graphic Designer Do?
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will contribute to the creation of engaging visual content across digital and print media. Working under the guidance of senior designers and marketing teams, your designs will reflect the Foundation’s values and elevate its brand presence across multiple platforms.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Create visual content for print and digital channels including social media, websites, brochures, and advertisements
- Support branding initiatives and ensure brand consistency in all materials
- Assist in concept development for marketing campaigns and school events
- Optimize images and graphics for different platforms and devices
- Revise and refine creative work based on team feedback
- Organize and maintain design templates, assets, and style libraries
- Stay informed about design trends and contribute fresh ideas to campaigns
What Skills Are Needed for a Design Role in Dubai?
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative field
- Experience in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Portfolio showcasing strong visual storytelling and layout skills
Creative Competencies:
- Knowledge of typography, composition, and color theory
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
- Knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing is an advantage
