This role focuses on managing the end-to-end Help Desk ticketing system, ensuring efficient ticket assignment, SLA compliance, coordination between teams, system administration, reporting, and continuous process improvement within the service delivery framework.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming service tickets and requests within the ManageEngine Help Desk platform.
- Ensure tickets are properly categorized, prioritized, assigned, and escalated in line with agreed SLAs.
- Configure and maintain the ManageEngine system including forms, workflows, roles, and notifications.
- Implement system customizations to meet evolving business needs.
- Coordinate with field teams and clients to ensure seamless service delivery and prompt issue resolution.
- Analyze service ticket trends to recommend process and system improvements.
- Generate and present regular SLA compliance and performance reports for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain clear documentation of system configurations, workflows, and operating procedures.
- Deliver system training and support to internal users to maximize system adoption and usage.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in Electronics or Computer Engineering.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years\' experience in service coordination and ticketing system management.
- Industry experience with authority regulation knowledge and technical background in electronic security systems solutions.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in using ManageEngine ticketing system.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Good communication, client-facing, and customer service skills.
- Behavioral Skills:
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in administrative and system management tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
