Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule, and allocate resources to achieve project objectives efficiently

- Assign and coordinate site staff in collaboration with the Senior Projects Manager
- Work closely with the Quantity Surveyor to manage monthly payments and variations
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
- Licensed by the Society of Engineers UAE
- 15–20 years of experience in the civil construction industry (Contracting, Consultancy, or Developer)
- Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent project planning and cost management skills
- Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
