Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect and supervise structural, civil, and finishing activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, materials, and specifications
- Verify that all construction work meets project quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations
- Oversee integrated site works, including civil and structural activities, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor construction progress and recommend corrective actions to maintain project timelines
- Ensure contractors have the necessary materials and equipment for smooth construction execution
- Enforce adherence to project quality policies, procedures, and method statements
- Maintain up-to-date logs of submitted and attended inspections
- Conduct inspections of piling works, post-tension suspended slabs, precast walls, and structural steel works
- Demonstrate strong structural analysis knowledge to assess the soundness of civil structures
- Recommend improvements to departmental procedures to enhance efficiency and quality compliance
- Ensure site activities align with safety, quality, and environmental management standards
- Execute any additional tasks assigned by superiors

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in civil inspection or quality control on construction projects, preferably with a consultant firm
- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and local/international quality standards
- Experience in piling works, post-tension suspended slabs, precast wall inspections, and structural steelworks
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting shop drawings and construction documentation
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams
