A leading healthcare facility in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist specializing in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation. This role involves direct patient care, assessment, and treatment planning to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and prevent physical disabilities. The position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and promote long-term physical wellness.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and re-assessments to develop personalized physiotherapy care plans
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques, with or without assistive medical devices and equipment
- Implement treatments that improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore physical function
- Work with multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, physicians, and therapists, to establish patient goals and treatment plans
- Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and wellness-oriented programs to maintain an active lifestyle
- Provide clinical support to junior physical therapists, physiotherapy assistants, occupational therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies and procedures while delivering high-quality patient care
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience post-certification as a junior physiotherapist or physical therapist
- Strong expertise in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
