What Does an Emirati Pharmacy Graduate Do?
As part of our Emirati graduate program within Al-Futtaim Healthcare’s pharmacy network, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship, learning to deliver best-in-class pharmaceutical care. You will assist pharmacists, contribute to healthcare delivery, and play an important role in supporting the UAE’s long-term vision for advanced medical services.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Receive structured training and mentorship in clinical pharmacy practices
- Support pharmacists in dispensing medications and managing inventory
- Learn to provide safe, effective, and ethical medication guidance to patients
- Gain familiarity with pharmacy regulations, processes, and retail operations
- Uphold excellent customer service and quality assurance standards
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance pharmaceutical knowledge
- Participate in community-based healthcare initiatives in Dubai
What Are the Qualifications and Requirements?
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Pharmacy or a related healthcare discipline
- Recent Emirati graduates or early-career professionals are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of UAE pharmacy regulations and best practices
Core Competencies:
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the healthcare field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to follow regulatory guidelines
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
