What Does a Food and Beverage Supervisor Do?
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Accor Dubai, you will oversee daily operations, lead a service-driven team, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless dining experience. You will play a key role in upholding service standards, managing staff, and liaising with the kitchen for food quality and presentation.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Assist in managing, mentoring, and motivating the F&B operations team
- Supervise service activities to ensure smooth flow and guest satisfaction
- Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all F&B outlets
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to guarantee food quality and timely delivery
- Support team development through training and daily briefings
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve service issues promptly
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols are consistently followed
- Take initiative in enhancing dining operations and contributing new ideas
What Skills Are Needed for a Food and Beverage Supervisor in Dubai?
Education and Experience:
- Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage or hospitality setting
- Diploma or certification in Hotel Management or related field is a plus
Skills:
- Service-oriented personality with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to lead by example
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
