We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Ops Engineer to design, build, and scale cutting-edge Big Data infrastructure and Machine Learning operations. Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance, cloud-based, scalable data infrastructure to support real-time and batch processing for AI and ML models.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions and manage cloud-based data services to enable rapid deployment and automation.
- Implement MLOps strategies, streamlining the lifecycle of machine learning models from development to deployment.
- Manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring reliability and automation in software releases.
- Oversee the security, governance, and compliance of Big Data platforms and ML environments.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability, availability, and scalability of data infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and IT teams to optimize data pipelines for AI-driven applications.
- Develop strategies for cost-effective cloud computing and storage, managing data infrastructure expenses efficiently.
- Act as a mentor and technical leader, providing guidance on best practices in Big Data, DevOps, and MLOps.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions to enhance data-driven capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MS or PhD preferred).
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a DevOps role, specializing in Big Data infrastructures and MLOps.
- Expertise in Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and real-time data processing frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure (AWS, GCP experience is a plus).
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
Preferred Experience
- Experience managing large-scale, data-intensive applications involving IoT devices.
- Deep understanding of AI-driven automation and real-time analytics.
- Proven track record in building MLOps pipelines to streamline AI model deployments.
- Knowledge of security policies and governance for cloud-based data environments.
