Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced and visionary Design Manager with over 15 years of experience in the design delivery of high-end residential and mixed-use projects. This role requires expertise in managing technical design, overseeing project coordination, and ensuring seamless delivery of innovative architectural solutions. The ideal candidate will lead internal and external design teams, maintain quality control, and facilitate smooth transitions from design to construction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage design delivery teams, both internal and external, providing guidance, feedback, and technical direction.
- Oversee and implement design management strategies while staying updated with industry trends and innovations.
- Assign responsibilities within the design team and ensure clear communication of project objectives and deadlines.
- Present design progress reports and status updates to senior management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure all design projects adhere to scheduled timelines and comply with Azizi Developments\' standards.
- Supervise the production of design packages, quality assurance reviews, authority submissions, and marketing presentations.
- Work closely with specialists, sub-consultants, procurement, and sales departments to align design goals with business objectives.
- Develop and implement design programs, risk mitigation plans, RFPs, and project dashboards for effective workflow.
- Ensure that all project milestones are met by coordinating and streamlining workflows within the internal and external design teams.
- Manage technical design package approvals and oversee seamless integration of design elements into construction planning.
- Coordinate with procurement and marketing teams to align design strategies with project functionality and sales targets.
- Maintain quality control measures to ensure all design outputs meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and resolve potential project delays, risks, and technical issues through proactive problem-solving strategies.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on design deliverables.
- Mentor and support the design team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
- Over 15 years of experience in design delivery, project management, and architectural development.
- Strong background in real estate development, architecture, or consultancy firms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project).
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM management software (BIM 360).
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and design visualization tools.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, technical design execution, material specifications, and construction methods.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage complex projects efficiently.
