Azizi Developments is seeking a Real Estate Agency Manager to lead agency partnerships and drive international property sales. Based in Dubai, this role is ideal for professionals experienced in managing global agency networks, especially with familiarity in the US real estate market. You will work closely with over 500 top-tier sales professionals and promote some of Dubai’s most iconic developments, including Burj Azizi, Monaco Mansions, and Azizi Venice.

What Does a Real Estate Agency Manager Do?
- Manage and strengthen partnerships with real estate agencies across the UAE and internationally
- Deliver engaging training sessions, presentations, and marketing tools to onboard and support new agents
- Serve as the primary contact for all agency-related matters in designated regions
- Plan and execute sales events and promotional activities in target markets
- Conduct market research and provide insights on real estate trends and regional conditions
- Address concerns, disputes, or issues raised by agency partners and escalate when necessary
- Track and report agent performance and activity metrics regularly

- Collaborate with internal departments including sales, marketing, and CRM to support agency efforts
- Use insights from market research to refine outreach and sales strategies
What Skills Are Needed for a Real Estate Agency Manager in Dubai?
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role managing agency networks or external real estate partnerships
- Hands-on experience with the US real estate market is required
Technical Skills:
