Job Overview
As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of nine recruitment professionals, driving recruitment strategies, and ensuring the successful hiring of top engineering and design talent. You will work closely with key stakeholders to align hiring strategies with the company’s ambitious growth plans, while enhancing our employer brand to attract top-tier candidates in the competitive real estate development sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, requisition management, interviewing, and selection for senior and mid-level engineering and design roles
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of nine recruitment professionals to ensure high performance and efficiency
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet recruitment demands in alignment with business objectives
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring priorities, timelines, and expectations
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position Azizi Developments as a top employer in the real estate sector
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and recruitment agencies to maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Provide insights on external talent market trends to refine recruitment strategies and hiring decisions
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining consistent and accurate communication throughout the recruitment process
- Monitor and enhance the effectiveness of recruitment processes, leveraging applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale recruitment for engineering, design, or technical roles within real estate development, construction, or engineering sectors in the Middle East
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a senior recruiting position, managing a team of recruitment professionals
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring urgent recruitment delivery and maintaining high organizational standards
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish credibility and influence hiring decisions
- Experience managing a high requisition workload while utilizing proactive full-desk recruiting strategies
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
