AP Executive
Join IFZA Dubai as an AP Executive and play a critical role in managing expense reports, processing reimbursements, and ensuring the smooth execution of accounting procedures. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling invoices, and ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile invoices, statement of accounts, and identify discrepancies.
- Communicate with partners in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and update expense reports while ensuring accuracy.
- Process reimbursement forms and prepare bank deposits.
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy and maintain digital and physical financial records.
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners as needed.
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Full English proficiency is required; additional spoken languages are a plus.
- Intermediate computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficient in accounting software and financial data management.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience working in multicultural organizations is advantageous.
