Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile invoices, statement of accounts, and identify discrepancies.
- Communicate with partners in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and update expense reports while ensuring accuracy.
- Process reimbursement forms and prepare bank deposits.
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy and maintain digital and physical financial records.
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners as needed.
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Full English proficiency is required; additional spoken languages are a plus.
- Intermediate computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficient in accounting software and financial data management.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience working in multicultural organizations is advantageous.
