You will be responsible for managing and executing international marketing strategies, adapting campaigns to local markets, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. This dynamic role requires a versatile skill set in digital marketing, account management, and event coordination, with a focus on enhancing brand awareness and driving engagement across diverse demographics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor market trends and consumer behavior in targeted regions to inform strategic decisions.
- Enhance brand awareness and ensure messaging resonates with local audiences in chosen markets.
- Continuously adjust marketing campaigns to reflect sales trends and consumer preferences.
- Customize brand messaging to cater to diverse demographics, optimizing engagement and conversion.
- Tailor the brand\'s voice for each social media platform, maximizing reach and impact.
- Analyze extensive data sets to extract actionable insights for refining marketing strategies.
- Conduct thorough research on local laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all marketing activities.

Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing Management, with a proven track record in international markets.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in multiple languages highly desirable.
- Expertise in identifying and targeting the correct audience on social media platforms through detailed analysis of demographics, interests, and behaviors.
- Exceptional analytical abilities, with the skill to derive meaningful insights from large datasets.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively under the direction of the Marketing Director.
