Source to Pay Associate Accountant – Accounts Payable & Vendor Reconciliation | Cairo, Egypt

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Source to Pay Associate Accountant to join our expanding finance operations in Cairo, Egypt. This role is part of Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions and is focused on managing accounts payable, vendor reconciliation, and invoice processing for multiple regional entities.

Key Responsibilities
- Support financial closure of AED 10.2 billion in annual payable transactions
- Review payment requests to ensure alignment with internal financial policies
- Maintain accurate vendor accounts and lead account reconciliations
- Process supplier invoices, GRNs, and employee travel expense reimbursements
- Monitor and resolve aging items on the vendor ledger to ensure timely closures
- Handle supplier queries and escalate unresolved matters to the Process Lead
- Assist in preparing entries for general ledger and related finance operations

Job Requirements

Education
- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance or Accounting

Experience
- Minimum 6 months experience in a finance team, preferably within an Accounts Payable function
- Experience in reviewing T&E claims and vendor payments

Skills
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform under pressure
