Role Overview

The Senior Manager will lead internal audit assignments and manage a team of auditors. The focus will be on reviewing internal controls, improving compliance, and supporting management in risk identification and resolution.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare the annual audit plan based on risk assessment
* Conduct operational and financial audits across business segments
* Supervise internal auditors and ensure timely reporting
* Document audit findings and prepare executive summaries
* Monitor follow-up actions and the implementation of audit recommendations
* Perform data-driven audits using AI tools where applicable
* Lead investigations into fraud or irregularities when required
* Present updates to the audit committee on audit progress and key risk areas

Requirements

Education and Experience:

* Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, CIA, or MBA Finance
* Minimum 10 years of audit experience, with a background in both operational and financial audits
* Experience in the automotive industry and ERP systems is a plus
