Client Service Associate – Part-Time (UAE Nationals)

What Does a Client Service Associate Do?

As a Client Service Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting relationship managers and ensuring that our commercial banking clients receive seamless and timely service. This includes assisting with customer transactions, resolving queries, and maintaining a high standard of communication and operational support.

What Are the Key Responsibilities?

- Support the Relationship Manager (RM) in handling day-to-day service requirements for clients
- Act as the operational point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
- Coordinate follow-ups on customer transactions and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Maintain compliance with departmental processes and operating procedures
- Deliver client service aligned with FAB’s values of integrity, excellence, and responsiveness
- Escalate unresolved queries promptly and ensure proper tracking of client issues
- Assist in preparing reports and statements required for internal or client use
- Promote continuous improvement in banking service delivery and customer engagement

What Skills Are Needed for a Client Service Associate in the UAE?

Education and Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales (preferred)
- Open to students or fresh graduates with a strong interest in banking

Skills:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and customer-centric mindset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of banking processes and systems (training provided)
