Key Responsibilities:
- Guide new customers through the digital onboarding process
- Manage and verify customer documentation via CRM and digital platforms
- Resolve inquiries and provide support related to onboarding
- Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations and FAB’s internal standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance procedures
- Maintain accurate records and generate onboarding reports
- Recommend improvements to streamline digital onboarding workflows
- Participate in training to stay updated on new technologies and practices
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: Background in banking, customer service, or digital onboarding roles is advantageous
Skills:
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
