Qualification – Bachelors Degree, Civil Engineering

Additional qualifications:
• Familiar with takeoff software (Plan swift and/or on-screen take off)
• Familiar with all engineering items, tools, materials & specifications used in construction projects
• Familiar with variation order procedure
• Familiar with payments procedure
Experience – 6 to 10 years of experience in tendering / estimation departments

Responsibilities :
• Take-off of all quantities related to construction projects from initial calculation to the final figures using takeoff software,
• Sending inquiries to various suppliers/subcontractors and prepare comparison statements (prices & quantities) for different quotations.
• BOQ Preparation
• Pricing civil items and finalize its cost estimate
• Follow up the variation orders for the running projects and evaluate them completely (quantities and prices)
