What Does a Working Student / Intern in Regulatory & Compliance Do?
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in compliance strategy, regulatory advisory, and risk-based consulting, particularly in industries like energy, financial services, and life sciences. You will support Deloitte\'s consultants in developing solutions and tools that help clients meet regulatory expectations.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Support compliance strategy development and advisory for clients in regulated sectors, including energy generation and transmission
- Assist in responding to client requests, tenders, and proposals, and in the creation of new service offerings
- Conduct independent research and data analysis to support team recommendations and presentations
- Prepare findings in a structured format for decision-making and client communication
What Skills Are Required for This Internship in Hamburg?
Education:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Law, Sociology, Psychology, Finance, Mathematics, IT, or a natural science field
Experience & Knowledge:
- Strong interest or experience in one or more of the following sectors: financial services, insurance, life sciences, automotive, engineering, or energy
- Confident working with numbers and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proven analytical skills and enthusiasm for regulatory topics
Soft Skills:
- High level of commitment, personal initiative, and the ability to work in agile teams
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
