Al-Futtaim Group is hiring a skilled Work Controller to oversee customer service operations for printers, copiers, and AV equipment. The role requires strong technical knowledge, SAP proficiency, and the ability to manage field teams, customer calls, and service coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer service requests and ensure timely logging of printer, copier, and AV support calls
* Allocate jobs to field technicians based on geography and workload balancing
* Provide first-line technical support on multifunction printers and AV equipment
* Maintain accurate records in SAP, including job updates, spare part requests, and invoicing
* Prepare estimates and quotations for repair work and parts
* Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics teams and follow up with customers
* Ensure service appointments meet SLA and customer expectations
* Conduct preventive maintenance planning based on AMC terms or document volumes
* Answer incoming customer calls promptly and manage customer communication effectively
* Track, monitor, and escalate delays or unresolved jobs as needed
* Generate MIS reports and submit updates on customer interactions and pending tasks
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
* Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in work control or service operations
* Experience in the consumer electronics or IT hardware industry preferred
Skills
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SAP systems
* Understanding of inventory flow and spare parts logistics
* Proven customer service and client relationship handling ability
* Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and resolve service delays or issues
* High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
