Are you passionate about beauty marketing and ready to lead the brand strategy for Watsons across the GCC? As a Marketing Manager - Beauty, you will drive innovative campaigns, digital strategies, and PR initiatives to elevate Watsons\' presence in the region. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the annual marketing strategy for Watsons in the GCC, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives
- Collaborate with Watsons’ HQ to manage the marketing calendar, campaign activations, and performance assessments
- Develop and oversee creative briefs, ensuring all marketing materials meet brand standards
- Plan and coordinate in-store and mall activations, promotional calendars, and customer engagement initiatives
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to refine marketing strategies
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring all marketing spend aligns with business objectives

Digital Marketing:
- Lead the paid and earned digital strategy, working closely with Watsons’ HQ, performance marketing teams, and local agencies
- Develop engaging regional digital campaigns, overseeing content strategy, production, and execution
- Customize campaigns to connect with the GCC audience while maintaining brand consistency
- Work with the e-commerce team to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to online platforms
- Track digital performance, analyze campaign effectiveness, and provide reports with insights

Public Relations and Events:
- Manage PR efforts, influencer collaborations, and gifting strategies to maximize brand exposure
- Oversee media relationships and product placements in coordination with PR agencies
- Plan and execute brand events, ensuring seamless coordination and impactful results
- Provide post-event analysis and reports to measure success and improve future activations

Required Skills and Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role, ideally within the beauty sector
- Strong digital marketing and PR expertise
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to generate actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
