• Answer questions about products/handling objections and completing the sales.
• Updating customer information in the CRM.
• Ensuring all the product features explained properly and completing the sales with no after sales complaints.
• MIS & reports - Daily calls status, CRM updates, Sales data etc.
• Success ratio – Offering the right products to the customers.
• Ensure to meet the calls target set for the day.
Requirements
Experience (Yrs& Field) Minimum 6 months in tele sales experience in outbound calling preferred
Educational Qualification Preferably University Degree
Skills & Abilities:
Banking knowledge on credit cards preferred.
