Digital Marketing Specialist Job Vacancy in UAE Dubai
Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing & Corporate Communication Department. This role is critical in developing and executing innovative online marketing strategies that promote RTA’s digital presence and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute online marketing campaigns, including email and newsletter marketing, to support RTA initiatives
- Secure editorial placements for RTA on major online portals such as AOL, Yahoo, and MSN
- Plan and support the development of micro-sites, online campaigns, and enhancements to web functionality
- Build and maintain relationships with key bloggers, digital media outlets, and entertainment websites to secure RTA coverage
- Identify trends and innovations in the digital media landscape and implement best practices to ensure RTA remains at the forefront
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital campaigns using tools like BlogPulse, Google Trends, and Yahoo Buzz Index
- Collaborate closely with internal RTA stakeholders, including MCC, IT, E-Government Teams, and other departments
- Promote RTA’s digital content portfolio, including websites, blogs, online videos, and other media assets
- Submit digital content for awards and recognition lists such as Online Journalism Awards and Best of the Web
- Provide detailed reports on campaign successes, trends, and recommendations for improvement
- Deliver technical specifications to IT teams and manage projects from concept through market launch
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from a recognized university (Master’s degree preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum of 11 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media management
- Proven experience working with international organizations is preferred
- Strong background in Google Adwords, Radian, and digital analytics
Skills:
- Strong strategic planning and organizational abilities
- In-depth understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and blogging ecosystems
- Expertise in audience analysis and engagement strategies
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with a wide range of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent projects
- Highly analytical, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
