Job Overview
The Manager – Digital Services Quality Control will be responsible for establishing and managing comprehensive quality assurance frameworks, leading end-to-end testing processes, and ensuring digital services meet business and user requirements. The role includes overseeing quality control for AI use cases, 360 services, and BI dashboards, while promoting service excellence, cybersecurity compliance, and technical governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the quality and performance of digital services across RTA and Digital Dubai channels
- Manage quality control activities for AI applications, BI dashboards, and 360 services
- Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks, policies, and testing strategies
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate alignment with business and technical requirements
- Review technical documentation and digital projects for quality validation
- Monitor post-launch service performance and recommend continuous improvements
- Analyze customer feedback, mystery shopper surveys, and drive enhancements
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, cybersecurity, and technical standards
- Conduct training and awareness sessions on quality control processes for project teams
- Utilize project management and tracking tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Asana
- Manage and maintain registered assets within the Digital Services Quality Control section
Required Skills and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university
Experience:
- Minimum 14 years of progressive experience in digital service quality assurance, testing, or related technical leadership roles
Skills:
- Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS) including ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and Lean Methodologies
- Expertise in manual and automated testing, performance testing, and UAT
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards and technical governance
- Familiarity with UX principles and usability testing practices
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Python, and data analysis tools
- Advanced project management and workflow tracking skills using JIRA, Trello, and Asana
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
