Motion Graphic Specialist
Join Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) as a Motion Graphic Specialist and contribute to Dubai’s leading public service organization focused on transforming transportation and mobility systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to use your creative expertise to develop high-quality media content that supports RTA’s brand image and communication strategies.
Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Industry: Government Administration
Function: Media and Communication
Salary: Estimated AED 18,000 to AED 24,000 per month
Gender: Any
Candidate Nationality: All Nationalities (Priority for UAE Nationals)
Candidate Current Location: Any
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including directors, producers, and talent agents
- Negotiate and manage contracts with outside vendors such as media production agencies, equipment rental companies, and freelance personnel
- Edit video footage using professional software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Plan and oversee the logistics of video shoots, both in-studio and on-location
- Export videos in appropriate formats for distribution across various platforms including social media, television, and websites
- Add graphics, music, and other elements to create finished products that meet project and client expectations
- Maintain active relationships with DFTC and manage all external shooting requests and required approvals
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Media Studies, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 11 years of relevant work experience in media production or motion graphics
Skills:
- Expertise in motion graphics creation
- Strong skills in video shooting and editing
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
