Role Overview

The Clinical Researcher will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing clinical studies. You will collaborate with physicians, patients, and regulatory teams to ensure the safe and effective collection of clinical data while adhering to ethical and procedural standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and oversee clinical trials and observational studies
* Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical and laboratory data
* Ensure compliance with research protocols and regulatory guidelines
* Prepare study documentation, consent forms, and ethical submissions
* Maintain accurate records of trial activities, reports, and correspondence
* Collaborate with healthcare teams, sponsors, and external research partners
* Monitor participant safety and report adverse events as necessary

Requirements

Education and Experience:

* Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field
* Minimum 1 year experience in clinical research or trial coordination
* Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and research ethics

Skills:

* Strong analytical and documentation skills
* Familiarity with clinical trial software and databases
* Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
