Consultant Gastroenterologist - Dubai

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct in-depth consultations and perform diagnostic evaluations for gastrointestinal conditions
* Create customized treatment plans for disorders affecting the digestive system, including liver and pancreatic diseases
* Perform endoscopic procedures such as gastroscopy, colonoscopy, and sigmoidoscopy
* Order and interpret imaging studies and laboratory investigations to support accurate diagnoses
* Educate patients and their families about gastrointestinal conditions, treatment strategies, and preventive care
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient treatment
* Maintain precise medical records while adhering to confidentiality standards
* Stay current with emerging trends and techniques in gastroenterology through ongoing professional development
Job Requirements
Education:
* Medical degree from a recognized institution
* Board certification in Gastroenterology
Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years as a practicing Consultant Gastroenterologist
* Proven experience in performing a range of gastrointestinal procedures
Skills:
* Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic ability
* Proficient in advanced endoscopic techniques
* Effective communication and strong teamwork capabilities
