Consultant Ophthalmologist - Dubai
WizeJob is hiring a skilled and experienced Consultant Ophthalmologist to join our top-tier medical facility in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to provide advanced eye care services in a progressive and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and diagnostic tests to evaluate vision and detect eye conditions
* Perform surgical procedures including cataract removal, laser surgeries, and corneal transplants
* Prescribe and administer medications and non-surgical treatments for a range of ophthalmic disorders
* Provide clear patient education on eye health, care plans, and preventive measures
* Collaborate with optometrists and other specialists to ensure holistic patient care
* Maintain accurate medical records and ensure timely documentation of all procedures and consultations
* Stay informed about emerging treatments, tools, and research in ophthalmology
* Mentor junior doctors and participate in ongoing clinical training and development
* Contribute to research and clinical studies in the field of ophthalmology
Job Requirements
Education
* Medical degree from a recognized institution
* Board certification in Ophthalmology
Experience
* Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience as a Consultant Ophthalmologist
* Proven expertise in surgical and medical management of eye conditions
Skills
* Strong clinical and surgical proficiency
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Attention to detail and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure
* Familiarity with the latest diagnostic tools and surgical equipment
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
