Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon - Dubai
WizeJob is currently hiring a qualified and experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our growing medical team in Dubai. This is a career-defining opportunity for an expert in musculoskeletal care who is passionate about improving patient mobility and outcomes through advanced diagnostics, surgical intervention, and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to diagnose musculoskeletal injuries and disorders
* Interpret diagnostic imaging such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs to guide treatment plans
* Design and implement individualized surgical and non-surgical treatment approaches
* Perform a wide range of orthopaedic procedures including fracture repair, joint replacement, arthroscopy, and corrective surgery
* Provide post-operative monitoring and rehabilitation plans to ensure optimal recovery
* Collaborate with physiotherapists, radiologists, and other specialists to deliver coordinated care
* Educate patients and families on their condition, surgical process, and preventive care
* Maintain detailed medical records and document treatment outcomes
* Stay current with advancements in orthopaedic techniques, tools, and technologies
* Participate in research initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of orthopaedic care standards
Job Requirements
Education:
* Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution
* Completed orthopaedic surgery residency
* Board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery
Experience:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon role
* Proven expertise in trauma care, joint replacements, and sports injury treatment
Skills:
* High surgical precision and technical proficiency
* Excellent patient communication and clinical decision-making skills
* Ability to lead and mentor junior medical staff
* Strong commitment to continuous learning and innovation in orthopaedics
