Neonatologist - Dubai
WizeJob is looking for a compassionate and highly qualified Neonatologist to join our growing healthcare team in Dubai. This is a meaningful opportunity for an expert in neonatal care to provide critical support to premature and medically fragile newborns in a state-of-the-art medical facility.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver advanced medical care to newborns with conditions such as prematurity, congenital defects, and neonatal complications
* Manage all aspects of neonatal intensive care including respiratory support, fluid management, nutrition, and medications
* Coordinate with pediatricians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and social workers to deliver integrated care
* Provide parental education and emotional support during hospitalization and beyond
* Maintain meticulous documentation of medical assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans
* Participate in regular rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to review patient progress and adjust care plans
* Keep current with developments in neonatal research, equipment, and treatment protocols
* Contribute to mentoring junior staff and support training for healthcare providers in neonatal best practices
Job Requirements
Education:
* MD or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution
* Fellowship training in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
* Board Certification in Neonatology
Experience:
* At least 3 years of clinical experience in a neonatal intensive care setting
Skills:
* Strong clinical judgment and expertise in managing critically ill newborns
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
* Dedication to family-centered and ethical medical care
* Knowledge of current neonatal technologies and best practices
