Role Overview

The Pediatrician will provide specialized healthcare to infants, children, and adolescents, while the Medical Officer will handle general clinical duties, manage outpatient and inpatient care, and assist in emergency response and case evaluations across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Pediatrician:

* Perform routine child health assessments, immunizations, and developmental screenings
* Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in pediatric patients
* Counsel families on nutrition, hygiene, safety, and disease prevention
* Maintain comprehensive medical records and monitor progress
* Refer patients to pediatric sub-specialists when necessary

Medical Officer:

* Provide general medical consultations and daily patient care
* Diagnose, treat, and monitor a wide range of health conditions
* Coordinate with other departments and support emergency services
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to medical protocols
* Contribute to health education and patient awareness initiatives

Requirements

Education and Experience:

* Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent); specialization in Pediatrics required for Pediatricians
* Minimum of 1 year clinical experience post-qualification
* Licensing or eligibility to practice in the destination country preferred

Skills:

* Excellent clinical judgment and patient communication skills
* Ability to work in a team-based, multicultural environment
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
