Specialist and Consultant Physicians - Arabic Speakers
HealthHub Clinic by Al-Futtaim is expanding in Arabian Center, Al Mirdif, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are seeking DHA-licensed or eligible Specialist and Consultant Physicians across multiple specialties, with a preference for Arabic-speaking doctors who are ready to grow their practice in a modern, high-patient-volume environment.

Job Overview
Deliver high-quality specialist care across Pediatrics, Family Medicine, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, or other major specialties. Manage outpatient consultations and treatments while building long-term relationships with patients. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary environment to enhance patient experience. Maintain detailed and accurate patient medical records following DHA regulations. Participate in continuous medical education (CME) activities and professional development initiatives. Actively contribute to the growth of the clinic’s patient base and services. Uphold best practices for safety, compliance, and patient confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations, diagnostics, and treatment planning
- Build and maintain a strong patient following within the clinic
- Provide patient education and preventive health advice
- Participate in internal clinical audits and quality improvement programs
- Manage outpatient services with a focus on patient satisfaction and quality standards
- Coordinate with nursing and support teams to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Actively engage in professional development and attend medical conferences
- Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives as needed
Required Skills and Experience
Education:
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) plus recognized specialist or consultant qualification
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience post-specialization in the relevant specialty
- Established clinical reputation and patient following in the community
Skills:
- Fluent Arabic speaking mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Patient-centered care philosophy
- Familiarity with digital health record systems is an advantage
Eligibility:
- DHA Specialist or Consultant License or Eligibility Letter required
