What Does a Maintenance Agent Do in a Hotel in Abu Dhabi?
Accor Abu Dhabi is hiring a dedicated Maintenance Agent to keep our hotel operating at the highest standards. This hands-on role plays a key part in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and fully functional environment for guests and staff by performing essential repairs, maintenance, and inspections.

What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Carry out daily inspections and preventive maintenance of the hotel’s facilities, machinery, and equipment
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and other hotel infrastructure
- Respond quickly to guest requests for maintenance assistance and resolve issues efficiently
- Identify safety hazards, take immediate corrective actions, and document safety issues
- Assist in maintenance operations during emergencies or special projects
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas, tools, and supplies
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and service disruptions
- Stay informed about equipment manuals, safety protocols, and local compliance standards
What Skills Are Needed for a Maintenance Technician in Abu Dhabi?
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hotel maintenance or building services
- Hands-on expertise in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, or general repair work
Skills:
