What Does a Sales Executive Do?

As Sales Executive, your primary role is to promote Novotel & Ibis Abu Dhabi Gate Hotels to local and regional clients, creating memorable experiences for guests and securing business through strategic relationship-building and tailored presentations.

What Are the Key Responsibilities?

- Execute sales action plans for assigned market segments in line with the marketing strategy
- Conduct daily sales calls and arrange familiarization/site inspection trips
- Communicate relevant sales updates and client feedback to internal departments
- Represent the hotel at tradeshows, conventions, and promotional events
- Promote Accor properties by forwarding leads and networking with global teams
- Establish parameters, quote pricing, and negotiate contracts
- Maintain detailed records of contacts, activities, and client accounts
- Participate actively in weekly sales and marketing meetings

What Skills Are Needed for a Sales Executive in Abu Dhabi?

Education:
- Diploma or degree in hospitality, marketing, or related fields is preferred

Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel sales, particularly within Abu Dhabi
- Proven ability to close deals and develop long-term client relationships

Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a calm and courteous approach under pressure
- Highly reliable and accountable in a team-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
