The role focuses on gathering requirements, improving business processes, and supporting agile product delivery across digital transformation projects integrated with ERP systems such as Oracle HCM, Finance, and SCM.

Job Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, playing a vital role in analyzing, documenting, and enhancing business processes. You’ll lead workshops, support agile delivery, and ensure digital solutions align with user needs and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to collect functional and business requirements
- Document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper integration with backend systems like Oracle HCM, Finance, and SCM
- Translate requirements into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria for agile teams
- Work with UX/UI teams to design streamlined workflows and intuitive user interfaces
- Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint review sessions
- Act as the main liaison between stakeholders and developers, ensuring aligned expectations
- Prepare UAT test cases, coordinate test sessions, and track feedback
- Ensure all process improvements comply with HR, legal, and audit regulations
- Generate reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to track performance and business value
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in business analysis, preferably in ERP and digital transformation projects
- Solid understanding of Oracle ERP modules (HCM, Finance, SCM) is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of agile methodology, user story creation, and sprint planning
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in UAT planning and execution
- Familiarity with compliance and audit frameworks in HR or finance is a plus
