Arab Solutions is hiring an experienced IT Business System Analyst to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This critical role connects business needs with technology solutions by analyzing workflows, gathering requirements, and supporting system implementation to drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze business processes and translate them into clear functional and technical IT requirements
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to define scope and business needs
* Prepare documentation for business process flows, technical specifications, and system designs
* Coordinate system design, testing, and deployment activities with technical teams and vendors
* Support implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP and ensure alignment with organizational goals
* Execute system test plans, user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage quality assurance processes
* Assist with project tracking and apply project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
* Deliver user training and provide post-deployment support to ensure adoption of new systems
* Liaise with vendors and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) for ongoing support and troubleshooting

Job Requirements

Education:

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience:

* Minimum 3 years in a Business System Analyst or IT project coordination role
* Experience in logistics, port operations, or terminal management is a strong plus
* Background in Oracle Fusion ERP systems is highly desirable

Skills:

* Solid experience in requirements gathering and business analysis
* Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
* Hands-on knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence tools
* Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* PMI-PBA or equivalent business analysis certification is a plus
