What Does an IT Readiness & Project Support Coordinator Do?
* Lead and coordinate preparation activities to support successful IT project rollouts and go-lives
* Ensure systems, environments, and infrastructure are validated and deployment-ready
* Collaborate on procurement processes, draft RFPs, review bids, and assist in vendor selection
* Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery, setup, and configuration of hardware and software
* Conduct troubleshooting and pre-deployment testing to address readiness issues proactively
* Track project readiness plans, maintain documentation, and align stakeholders on timelines
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
* Lead and support cross-functional project preparation tasks
* Validate systems and infrastructure prior to deployment or upgrades
* Contribute to procurement and RFP drafting, evaluation, and clarifications
* Coordinate with vendors on delivery and configuration of IT solutions
* Monitor project progress and update readiness checklists and plans
* Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure readiness compliance
* Engage with stakeholders and internal teams for seamless alignment
* Ensure all tasks comply with organizational IT governance and policies

What Skills Are Needed for This Role in Qatar?
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* 4–6 years of experience in IT project coordination, technical readiness, or system deployment support
* Prior experience with procurement processes and vendor management
Language Requirement:
* Arabic fluency is mandatory (spoken and written)
* Strong English communication skills required for technical and project documentation
Technical Skills:
* Strong understanding of IT systems, devices, and infrastructure
* Experience with troubleshooting, system validation, and deployment coordination
* Knowledge of procurement cycles, RFP drafting, and vendor engagement processes
