Job Overview
As an OutSystems Developer, you will play a key role in creating enterprise-grade applications using OutSystems, working alongside business analysts, UX designers, and technical teams. This role involves the full software development lifecycle, from understanding business needs to delivering optimized solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Integrate OutSystems applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and web services
- Ensure optimal application performance, scalability, and usability
- Apply OutSystems development best practices to ensure maintainable, secure code
- Participate in Agile development sprints, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure software quality and functionality
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience with the OutSystems platform (Reactive and/or Traditional Web, Mobile)
- Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle
- Proven experience in integrating APIs and third-party systems
- OutSystems certification (Associate or Professional) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in teams
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
