Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements

Education:

Skills:

* Strong understanding of SAP integration architecture and landscapes
* Proficiency with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy
* Effective problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage offshore support responsibilities
* Flexibility to collaborate across time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

* SAP certifications in any module
