Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute strategic change management frameworks to drive AI adoption across Al-Futtaim’s divisions and functions.
- Translate the Group AI vision into actionable change initiatives, aligning them with business and technology objectives.
- Develop and implement change management deliverables, including communications plans, stakeholder engagement roadmaps, training strategies, and risk mitigation plans.
- Design and execute structured internal communication strategies via intranet, Viva Engage, Teams, and email to promote AI initiatives.
- Build relationships and gain buy-in from key stakeholders across multiple business units to ensure successful change adoption.
- Assess organizational readiness, monitor resistance points, and proactively mitigate risks associated with AI adoption.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights regarding change performance, employee engagement, and AI initiative adoption metrics.
- Support AI Governance Committee meetings with detailed reporting and actionable insights.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale change management roles, preferably within technology-driven environments.
- Proven track record leading complex transformation projects and driving digital change initiatives.
- Certifications:
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Prosci Certification preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Expertise in change management frameworks, Agile methodologies, and organizational transformation strategies.
- Experience in employee engagement, coaching, and upskilling initiatives related to digital transformation.
- Strategic problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Ability to assess change readiness and build detailed risk management plans.
