As a Technical Support Specialist at Dicetek Dubai, you will provide critical support to the IT Systems team and end users by resolving application, network, and system-level issues. You\'ll play a key role in maintaining system uptime, improving IT operations, and delivering high-quality technical assistance across departments.

- Troubleshoot application errors, operating system issues, and networking problems
- Resolve login issues and ensure seamless access for users
