Order to Cash Associate Accountant – Accounts Receivable (Cairo, Egypt)
Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions is looking for a motivated Order to Cash Associate Accountant to join its finance team in Cairo, Egypt. This role will focus on accounts receivable operations, supporting the company’s financial processes by managing billing, collections, and ledger reconciliations in line with company policies and service level agreements.

What Does an Order to Cash Associate Accountant Do?
An Order to Cash Associate Accountant supports the end-to-end receivables cycle, ensuring timely processing of customer invoices, payment follow-ups, and resolution of account discrepancies to maintain healthy cash flow and accurate financial records.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Support timely closure of receivable transactions across business units
- Maintain accurate customer account data and ensure compliance with company policy
- Review and process customer payment requests in accordance with procedures
- Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on unresolved issues
- Review and manage travel and expense reimbursements as applicable
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and escalate delays to the Process Lead Manager
- Ensure prompt booking and processing of invoices and receipts
- Address and resolve customer queries and payment-related complaints within agreed SLAs
What Skills Are Needed for This Role in Cairo?
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (mandatory)
Experience:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a finance or accounts receivable role
Skills:
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to deliver quality work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external coordination
